Caffè di singola qualità, proveniente dalle colture biologiche sulle alture del Perù. Crema dal colore marrone pallido ed aroma di legno dolce di balsa, con una partenza, a caldo, quasi impercettibile di abicocca. In bocca si percepisce un'acidità spiccata di limone. Vira nel finale sulla liquerizia dolce. Un caffè da assaporare con calma: da meditazione e per intenditori. Per mantenere inalterate le proprie caratteristiche questo caffè proviene da una coltura biologica, grazie all'impiego di metodi di coltivazione sani e privi di prodotti chimici.

A light brown cream clearly shows the strong presence of  Arabica variety. Herbal scents of dry grass and cocoa beans hit the nose. In the mouth a delicate acidity blends together with the same flavours of grass and cocoa. The coffee ends with a very pleasant nutty flavour.

A thick cream holds the eye. The deep and intriguing aroma hits the nose with scents of toasted nuts and fresh wood. The taste is slightly acid, with a full body of essential oils, and a pleasant ending, just slightly bitter, typical for a real espresso.
